Ylimääräisen yhtiökokouksen myöntämän valtuutuksen nojalla Uniogen Oy:n hallitus on päättänyt laskea liikkeeseen yhteensä enintään 10.000.000 uutta yhtiön osaketta. Uusia osakkeita koskeva sijoituskierros toteutetaan Springvest Oyj:n toimesta. Osakkeiden merkintäajan on suunniteltu alkavan 21.2.2024 ja päättyvän viimeistään 21.3.2024. Sijoituskierrokseen liittyvät materiaalit, mm. sijoitusmuistio, perustietoasiakirja ja markkinointiliite, on suunniteltu julkaistavan Springvest Oyj:n alustalla ( Siirry palveluun ) 21.2.2024 osakeannin merkintäajan alkaessa.

Based on the authorization by the Extraordinary General Meeting, the Board of Directors has decided to issue in total a maximum of 10,000,000 new shares of the Company. The investment round for subscription of new issued shares will be realized in collaboration with Springvest Oyj. The share subscription period is planned to begin on 21 February 2024 and to end on 21 March 2024. Materials related to the investment round, such as Investment memorandum, Basic Information document and Marketing Appendix, are planned to be available on the Springvest platform ( Proceed to service ) on 21 February 2024 in the beginning of the subscription period of the share issue.
